3. Risks. Trading brings substantial loss risk and suits only those who can bear it. Margin products may take losses beyond the collateral posted. Trade only money whose loss you you would survive.
4. Costs. Commissions, spreads and funding rates appear on our Fees page and constitute part of these Terms. Charges may move after fair notice.
5. Prohibited uses. Manipulation, vulnerability abuse, IP infringement and illegal use are prohibited. Laundering and sanctions breaches are covered by the same bar.
6. Liability. To the fullest the widest degree, xandratrader excludes indirect, incidental and consequential damages arising from your use of Services.
7. Changes. These Terms may change periodically. Continued use after updates means agreement. The applicable law is the registering jurisdiction of the operating entity.
